采用 PHILIPS- SL18型电子直线加速器产生的 6 MV高能 X射线照射 Balb/c小鼠 (剂量为 6 .5Gy) ,照后不同时间皮下注射不同剂量的白细胞介素 - 6 (IL - 6 )和 /或肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF) ,观察外周血白细胞、血小板、骨髓有核细胞计数和脾集落形成单位 (CFU- S)的变化 ,以探讨 IL - 6对放射损伤后造血恢复的影响。结果表明 ,照射后应用 IL- 6组较对照组外周血白细胞、血小板和骨髓有核细胞计数恢复快 ,且呈剂量依赖关系 ,CFU- S则在 TNF与 IL- 6协同作用时数量多、体积大 ,提示 IL- 6和
After whole body irradiation to the Balb/c mice of 6.5 Gy X-rays of 6 MV energy produced by PHILIPS-SL18 type linear accelerator , the changes of WBCs and PLTs in peripheral blood, nucleated cells in bone marr ow and colony-forming units of spleen (CFU-S) after subcutaneous injection of different doses of interleukin-6 (IL-6) and/or tumour necrosis factor (TNF) we re observed. The effects of IL-6 on hematopoiesis after radiation injuries were studied. The results showed that the recovery of WBCs and PLTs in peripheral bl ood and the nucleated cells in bone marrow was more rapid in the IL-6 groups th an that in the control group and the effects of IL-6 were correlated with its d oses. The CFU-S became more and bigger when IL-6 and TNF were associated with each other than administered separately. It suggests that IL-6 is beneficial to recovery of hematopoiesis after radiation injuries. TNF may have synergetic rol e with IL-6 on hematopoiesis after radiation injuries. (
