原发性病理性十二指肠胃反流患者胃黏膜细胞增殖与凋亡的研究 被引量：3

摘要 目的:研究原发性病理性十二指肠胃反流患者胃黏膜组织中的凋亡细胞、增殖细胞,探讨原发性病理性十二指肠胃反流的发病机制。方法:应用脱氧核糖核酸转移酶介导的缺口末端标记技术和免疫组化方法分析86例原发性病理性十二指肠胃反流和42例正常对照胃黏膜细胞凋亡及增殖细胞核抗原的表达。结果:原发性病理性十二指肠胃反流组凋亡指数和增殖指数均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05),Hp阳性和Hp阴性亚组之间凋亡指数和增殖指数无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:胃黏膜细胞增殖与凋亡增强可能是原发性病理性十二指肠胃反流的发病机制之一,Hp感染未加重原发性病理性十二指肠胃反流所致胃黏膜细胞凋亡和增殖反应。
