摘要
教学工作是高校办学一贯坚持的中心工作,提高教学质量则是教学工作的重中之重。学生教学信息员制度的贯彻实施是教学质量监控过程中的重要环节。实施学生教学信息员制度,其功能在于实现教师、学生、管理者三者之间的信息交流与互动,推动教学理念的更新,为提高学校教学质量提供一种新的机制和解决途径。如何能够更加积极主动地开展教学信息的反馈工作,通过各种渠道广泛听取学生意见,归纳整理出准确、具有共性的教学信息,同时做好教学相关信息的宣传,使教学信息员制度成为高校教学管理部门与广大师生沟通的桥梁,是值得高校教学管理者深思的问题。
Teaching has been a key task for higher education, while the teaching quality is the most important of it. As the focus of the teaching quality monitoring system, the information personnel system has become a bridge amony teachers, students and managers gradually. The article will focus on the ways and approaches of carrying on the information personnel system more actively and efficiently.
