摘要
浊毒是许多严重危害人类健康现代疾病(如糖尿病、心脑血管病等)的主要致病因素。从脾胃脏腑功能分析,脾胃与浊毒的产生密切相关。对这些疾病临证应注重从脾胃对浊毒进行辨证论治,常用治法如解毒化浊法、排毒泄浊法及抗毒消浊法。
Turbid bane may be the main pathopoiesis factor of modern diseases （ such as diabetes, angiocar- diopathy and cerebrovascular disease） which harm people＇s health severely. In the view of functions of spleen and stomach entrails, spleen and stomach are closely correlated to generating turbid bane. For these diseases we should determine treatment based on differentiation of symptoms and signs to eliminate turbid bane laying stress on spleen and stomach, commonly used therapy includes neutralizing poison to resolve turbidness, expelling toxin to dispersing turbidness, and resisting poison to remove turbidness.
