摘要
从慢性萎缩性胃炎及癌前病变中医病因病机、辨证论治方面,探讨浊毒在慢性萎缩性胃炎及癌前病变的发生、发展过程中的重要性和关键地位,以及解毒化浊法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎及干预癌前病变的作用。
The importance and key function of turbid toxin at onset, development process during chronic atrophic gastritis and precancerous changes were discussed from the aspects of TCM etiology, pathogenesis and treatment based on syndrome differentiation. Treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis and precanceruus changes with relieving toxicity and trans- forming turbid method was discussed also.
