摘要
针对汽车离合器设计的实际需求及存在的问题,在Pro/E平台上开发了一个具有离合器理论尺寸全参数化驱动功能的汽车离合器自动建模模块,并将已生成的离合器各部件依据原有的拓扑关系重新装配成一个全新的离合器。通过开发新的功能模块,增强了Pro/E面向特定产品的参数化建模及优化设计功能,减少了在设计过程中不必要的人机交互操作,从而提高了汽车离合器的智能化、敏捷化设计能力。
In view of actual demand and existing problems of clutch design, a module of clutch auto-modeling was developed based on Pro/E, which had function driven by pure parameter of clutch's theory dimension. And a new clutch with the generated parts of clutch was re-assembled based on the existing topology relation. By developing a new function module, it can strengthen the parametric modeling and optimization the design function of special products based on Pro/E, and reduce unnecessary human-com- puter interaction operation in the process of design, enhance the intellectualized and acuminous design ability of automotive clutch.
