摘要
运用虚拟样机技术可大大简化机械产品的设计开发过程,大幅度缩短产品开发周期和降低开发费用,提高产品的性能,获得最优化和创新的设计产品。ADAMS是目前著名的虚拟样机分析软件,笔者应用ADAMS建立了夹紧机构的参数化模型,并对模型各设计变量进行设计研究,找出对机构性能影响较大的变量,最后对模型进行优化设计,确定模型的最佳结构。
The process of design of mechanical products can be greatly simplified by the application of Virtual Prototype Technology, time and cost in research distinctly reduced and the capability of products improved, to obtain the most optimized and innovative products. ADAMS is the most famous virtual prototype analysis software, a parametric model of clamp mechanism was established by ADAMS, then the design variables of the model are studied to find out the more sensitive, variables to the mechanical capability finally to optimize the model , ascertain the most optimal mechanism.
