摘要
汽车离合器具有传递扭拒、减振和防止传动系统过载的作用。基于有限元理论,运用AN-SYS软件对摩擦片式离合器进行了三维造型及数值分析,得到了使用不同材料的摩擦片时离合器中关键件的应力、应变分布规律,分析结果可为汽车离合器设计提供理论依据。
The clutch of car is with the role of delivering torque,reducing vibration and preventing from overload of transmission system.The clutch 3D model is established and FEM analysis has been carried out.Stress and strain distribute of different materials friction plate has been got.The analysis result is reference for the designing of car clutch.
