面向骨架类产品的构件分类研究

摘要 骨架类产品零件多且结构复杂,基于这一特点,首先研究了零件特征按几何形状的分类,描述了面向历史特征树的辅助特征简化过程。结合零件属性和装配约束类型建立了零件属性矩阵,根据零件的重心位置建立了零件间的装配位置关系矩阵。考虑了零件的名称语义分类,最后提出一种基于辅助特征简化、零件属性矩阵和装配位置关系矩阵的构件分类方法,使骨架类产品的构件分类更加完善。 Skeleton-products have a large number of parts and their Structures are complex. Abased on the characteristic, this thesis do research on the feature classification according to the part geometric shape and describes how to simplify the aided-features which are abased on the historical specification tree. Part attribute matrix is established with the combination of the part attributes and the assembly constraint: type. According to the center of gravity of the parts, the positional assembly positional relationship matrix is created. The name meaning of the part is considered. And in the end, a component classification method is proposed, based on the aided-features simplification, part attribute matrix and assembly positional relationship matrix. The component classification of the Skeleton-products can be improved.
