摘要
目的利用离体心脏灌流模型,研究3'-大豆苷元磺酸钠对离体心脏缺血再灌注后损伤的保护作用。方法应用大鼠离体心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型,在灌流液中加入高、低剂量的3'-大豆苷元磺酸钠(0.03,0.01mg/L)。测定冠脉流量、心率、左心室收缩压、左心室舒张压的变化。结果3'-大豆苷元磺酸钠可使缺血再灌注后心脏灌流量增大、左心室收缩压增大、左心室舒张压降低、心率减慢。结论3'-大豆苷元磺酸钠可通过扩张冠脉、减慢心率及增强心肌收缩力对离体心脏缺血再灌注损伤起保护作用。
Objective To explore the protective effect of 3 ′- daidzein sulfonic sodium (DSS) on isolated myocardial ischemia/ reperfusion injury. Methods The isolated myocardial ischemia/reperfusion model of rats was made and treated with different doses of DSS (low -dose and high -dose). After that, coronary artery discharge, heart rate, left ventricular systolic pressure and left ventricular diastolic pressure were investigated. Results Dss could increase perfusion volume and left ventricular systolic pressure and decrease left ventrieular diastolic pressure and heart rate. Conclusion DSS has a protective effect on isolated myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury through dilating coronary artery, slowing down heart rate and increasing myocardial contractility.
