阐述了树立高校图书馆创新服务意识的必要性,探讨了如何提高馆员创新服务意识和服务能力,提出了建立新型的读者服务模式的具体措施。
This paper expounds the necessity of establishing the consciousness of innovative service by university library, probes into how to strengthen the innovative service consciousness and service ability of the librarians, and puts forward some concrete measures for establishing the new-type reader service mode.
