摘要
建立最佳图书利用体系是图书馆藏书管理涉及的一个重要方面,本文分析了高校外文图书利用的现状,针对外文图书利用率低的问题,结合高校图书管理实际提出了改进措施,以便更好地为学校的教育教学改革服务。
Establishing the system of best using books is an important aspect concerned library books management. This passage analyses the present situation that universities make use of foreign language books. In view of the lower using proportion of foreign language books, along with the fact of university books management, improving measures are raised in order to serve the university education and teaching reforms well.
