摘要
本文围绕人本管理,分析高校图书馆人本管理的缺位现象,强调应实现管理的人本化,坚持以读者为本和以图书馆馆员为本。
All aspects of social works centre on human resources,and academic libraries should be the same in paying attention to the overall development of human resources. This article focuses on the principle of ‘human resources first' and analyses the lack of this principle in the management of academic libraries. It is suggested that the development of academic library users and librarians should be the top priority.
