摘要
根据现代化高校图书馆的基本特点,分析了目前我国高校图书馆在管理体制上的弊端及各方面的影响因素,提出了图书馆的现代化首先是管理体制的现代化,并就高校图书馆的机构设置、资源建设、资源利用及与之相关的管理等方面提出了自己的观点。
The malpractice and influencing factors in management system of present Chinese university libraries are analyzed, according to the features of modernized university library. Proposes that to realize library modernization, the management system modernization must be actualized first. Viewpoints are proposed on the aspects of organization establishment, resources construction, resources application and correlative aspects.
