摘要
目的了解影响慢性皮炎、湿疹患者心理健康状况的相关心理社会因素.方法通过病例对照研究,应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、成人艾森克个性问卷(EPQ-Adult)、生活事件量表(LES)、特质应对方式问卷、应付方式问卷、社会支持评定量表分别对患者与对照组进行调查分析.结果与对照组比较,患者组SCL-90总分及各因子分均较高;EPQ量表的N分(神经质)偏高;较多采用消极、不成熟型应付方式;生活事件总量、负性生活事件分值较高.相关及回归分析表明患者的心理健康状况与其个性特征、应对、应付方式、生活事件、社会支持状况均有关.结论慢性皮炎、湿疹患者存在明显的心理健康问题.患者的个性特征、应对及应付方式、负性生活事件与其心理健康状况密切相关.提示在该疾病的治疗、康复及预防中应重视心理社会因素的作用.
Objective To investigate the status of mental health of the patients with chronic dermatitis, eczema, and to analyze the psychosocial factors affecting the status of mental health in these patients. Methods A case control study was carried on 228 patients with chronic dermatitis or eczema and 228 healthy controls. All people were investigated with Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL-90） , Eysenck Personality Questionnaire-Adult （EPQ-Aduh）, Life Event Scale （LES）, special coping styles questionnaire, coping styles questionnaire and the social support rating scale. Results Compared with the control group, the group of patient had higher scores in the total of SCL-90 and most terms of the factorial scores. N score of the EPQ and the score of negative coping styles in the groups of patient was higher than that in the control group. The patients had more life event stimulant intensity and negative life events than the controls. Correlate and multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the personality, coping style, life events and social support were correlated with the mental health of patients. Conclusion There are apparently problems of mental health in the patients with chronic dermatitis, eczema. The status of the mental health of styles and negative life events are patients is influenced by multiple psyehosocial factors. The personality, coping correlated with the mental health of the patients. All the results support that we should take proper measures to improve the mental health and achieve a better prognosis in these patients.
