摘要
对１９８６～１９９３年期间９４９例住院皮肤病患者作了综合分析。结果表明：男性占６１．４％；２１－５０岁的中青年占５６．４％；农民居第一位（３７．２％），银屑病居各病种之首，占２２．７％；湿疹皮炎位居第二（１６．１％）。结缔组织病（７５例）和大疱性皮肤病（４５例）相对较少，但病情多危重是住院治疗之指征。出入院诊断符合率９４．７％。人均住院天数２４天，人均住院费用１９９３年为１９８６的８．６倍，对其原因进行了讨论。
A
comprehensive analysis for 949 cases of inpatients withdermatosis during 1986-1993 was
carred out. The results showed: males(61.4%)was much more than females. The group of 21-50
year-old giventhe most comparation of 56.4%. The farmer cases were much more(37.2%)。
Psoriasis rank first in whole cases(22.7%),the second was eczema-dermatitis.Although the
connective tissue diseases and bullous dermatosis were relati-vely fewer but hospitalization
was more necessry due to their,evere condi-tions. 94.7%admitted diagnosis corresponding with
the discharged one.The averaging time of hospitalization for each case was 24 days.
Theaveraging hospitalization expensns for 1993 was 8.6 times over that for1986, about the
possible causes were discussed.
