摘要
将生产工艺与装备有机结合起来,对反应、分离工艺(如水洗、蒸馏、过滤等)进行优化,得到最佳的环氧大豆油合成工艺,缩短生产周期,提高产品质量,降低产品成本,达到提高经济效益的目的。
The optimization synthetic technologies and production procedures of epoxidized soybean oil （ESO） were obtained by using synthetic processes combining well with equipments and optimizing reaction and separation process （e.g. water washing, distillation, filtration etc.）. These synthetic technologies and production procedures shortened production period, improved production quality, decreased the production cost, and therefore raising the product economic performance.
