摘要
针对电石乙炔法三氯乙烯生产工艺存在的生产成本高和环境污染问题进行了技术改造,内容包括:乙炔干燥工序采用变温吸附替代浓硫酸干燥工艺,优化了氯化塔换热结构,设计了新型皂化反应精馏塔,采用真空汽提工艺回收皂化石灰乳中的有机物等。
Technical transformations on the production process of trlchloroethylene from calcium car- hide acetylene were implemented in view of the problems of high production cost and environmental poilu- tion. The transformations included substituting the temperature swing for concentrated sulfuric acid er, designing a new type of from saponification lime milk drying adsorption acetylene drying process process, optimizing the heat exchange structure of chlorination tow- saponification reaction rectifying tower, recovering the organic substances by vacuum stripping process.
