摘要
介绍了采用无溶剂法生产环氧大豆油的原料配比、工艺条件和影响产品质量的各种因素,并通过L_9(3~4)正交试验确定了最佳的工艺条件。
The raw materials mixture ratio .technological conditions,and quality influencing factors in the preparation of title product have been presented in the article. The optimum conditions have been determined through a L9 (34) orthogonal experiment.
