摘要
运用试验设计的方法 ,建立了共混物组成与性能之间相互关联的数学模型 ,研究了阻燃ABS共混体系中各组分及组分间交互作用对共混材料各项性能的影响。结果表明 :共混体系中 ,ABS/PVC的比例为 70 /3 0~ 3 0 /70时 ,共混物的阻燃性均可达到FV -0级 ,而冲击强度可高于通用ABS树脂和高抗冲ABS树脂。
The mathematical models of relationship between components and properties are established. The influences of all kinds of components and interactions among them on properties of flame retardant ABS blend system are studied. The results show that the flame-resistance of blends reaches to FV-0 grade and the impact strength is higher than that of general ABS resin or high impact ABS resin when the ratio of ABS/PVC is 70/30~30/70.
