FIL-6与TNF—α、TGF—β在EAE大鼠表达的相关性分析

Correlation Analysis of the Expressions of IL-6 , TNF-αand TGF-β in Experimental autoimmune Encephalomyelitis in Rats

摘要 目的探索IL-6在实验性自身免疫性脑脊髓炎(EAE)中的作用机制。方法将25只雌性Wistar大鼠随机分为EAE组(n=15)、对照组(n=10)。利用免疫组化染色技术观察IL-6、TNF-α、TGF—β的表达,进行相关性分析。结果IL-6灰度值与症状评分呈负相关(r=-0.953,P〈0.05)、与TNF-α呈正相关(r=0.967,P〈0.05),IL-6与TGF—β呈无相关(r=-0.492,P〉0.05).TNF—α灰度值与症状评分呈负相关(r=-0.978,P〈0.05),TNF—α与TGF—β无相关(r=-0.502,P〉0.05)。TGF-β灰度值与症状评分无相关(r=0.470,P〉0.05)。结论IL-6参与EAE的过程,可能是一种致炎因子。 Objective To explore the mechanism of IL-6 in EAE. Methods 25 female Wistar rats were randomly divided into 2 groups, EAE group( n = 15) and normal control group( n = 10). The expression of IL-6, TNF-αand TGF-β of the two groups rats were observed by immunohistochemistry staining, and then correlation analysis of the expression of IL-6, TNF-αandTGF-β was made. Results There was negative correlation between gray scale of IL-6 and symptom scores( r = -0. 953, P 〈 0. 05). IL-6 and TGF-β had no statistical- ly significant correlation ( r = -0. 492, P 〉 0. 05 ). There was negative correlation between gray scale of TNF-α and symptom scores( r = -0. 978, P 〈0. 05), and both of the correlation between TNF-α and TGF-β3 ( r = -0. 502, P 〉0. 05) , TGF-β and scores( r =0. 470, P 〉 0. 05 ) were not statistically significant. Conclusions IL-6 may participate in EAE as a inflammatory factor.
