TGF-β_1、IFN-γ和iNOS在实验性自身免疫性脑脊髓炎中枢神经系统的表达 被引量:3

摘要 将大鼠随机分为4组,A组注射新鲜豚鼠脑脊髓匀浆(GPSCH)和完全弗氏佐剂(CFA)及百日咳杆菌;B组注射GPSCH和CFA;C组注射牛脊髓和CFA及百日咳杆菌;D组注射生理盐水和CFA。免疫组化方法检测各组动物中枢神经系统组织中TGF-β1、IFN-γ、iNOS的表达情况。结果发现,与D组比较,A、B组大鼠脑和脊髓中TGF-β1表达明显减少,IFN-γ、iNOS表达明显增加;IFN-γ增加以A组最明显,A和B组中iNOS增加水平相似。认为TGF-β1可能作为一种内源性保护因子在实验性自身免疫性脑脊髓炎(EAE)的恢复中起作用,EAE发作时,中枢神经系统中IFN-γ、iNOS表达增加,这两者可能在EAE的发病中起重要作用。
