教育信仰是教师基于对教育活动和教师职业的理解而形成的关于教育和教师职业的信念,它是教师专业发展的内在动力。教育信仰影响着教师专业承诺、工作动机、教育行为和身心健康等多方面的发展。
As an inherent motion in teacher' s Professional development, education belief refers to a faith of education and teacher' s profession that bases on an understand of educational activity and teacher's profession. It has great influence on teacher's professional commitment, working motivation, educational behaviors and health of body and mind.
