摘要
在教师专业化背景下,影响教师专业发展的因素涉及社会、学校和家庭的环境因素和教师个体专业结构特点等方面。社会因素具体包括教师的社会地位和职业吸引力、教师资格制度、教师评价与培训制度;学校因素主要指成为学习型组织的学校中校长、民主管理风格、合作性教师文化的影响;个人因素包括家庭结构及家庭成员对教师工作的态度、教师个体的教育信念、知识结构、能力素养、从业动机与态度以及自我专业发展的意识与需要等。
The factors influencing the teacher's professional development are complicated and interacted. They come from society, school and individual. The social factors mainly include occupational prestige, economical treatment, qualification certificates, evaluation method and systematic procedure of in-service training etc. School factors mainly include principal, management style and teacher culture etc. The individual factors mainly include family, educational belief, knowledge, teaching expertise, occupation motive and need on professional etc.
