摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测定20%苯醚甲环唑·烯肟菌胺悬浮剂中的有效成分含量,外标法定量。采用250mm×4.6mm(i.d.)不锈钢柱,内装C18填充物,粒径5μm;以乙腈-水(体积比70∶30)为流动相;流速:1.0mL/min;检测波长:236nm。结果表明:苯醚甲环唑和烯肟菌胺的标准偏差分别为0.075、0.065;变异系数为0.72%、0.62%;平均回收率为98.90%、98.8%。
An reversal phase high performance liquid chromatography method using an external standard was developed for quantitative determination of difenoconazole and SYP-1620 20% SC. Using a Cj8(250 mm × 4.6 mm i.d.) column, acetonitrile-water (70:30, by vol) as mobile phase, and a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, wavelength of the UV detector was 236 nm. The result showed that the standard deviations of difenoconazole and SYP-1620 were 0.075 and 0.065, the coefficients of variation were 0.72% and 0.62%, respectively, the average recovery were 98.9% and 98.8%.
