摘要 研究了以LiCl/DMAc法制备了纤维素保鲜包装膜,加入SiO2提高其透氧性能,并在室温及冷藏条件下研究了几种膜对鲜切马铃薯的保鲜效果。结果表明:浸泡保鲜剂的纤维素膜比未浸泡保鲜剂的纤维素膜保鲜效果好;浸泡混合保鲜剂比浸泡单种保鲜剂的纤维素膜保鲜效果好;冷藏环境比室温环境对鲜切马铃薯的保鲜效果好,使其货架寿命延长了24h。 The flesh-keeping cellulose films were prepared through LiCl/DMAc process and silica was added to the films as filler to increase oxygen permeability. At room temperature and frozen conditions, the preservation effect of several films on fresh-cut potato was studied. The results showed that the preservation of the cellulose films which were soaked preservatives is getter; the preservation of mixed-species preservatives is better than single preservative; the preservation of frozen environment is better than room temperature for fresh-cut potato, and extends the shelf-life by 24 h.
