摘要
近年来,河北省农产品加工业得到了快速发展。但总体来说,农业产业链条短,精深加工程度较低;多数企业规模小,加工技术装备总体落后。为此,简述了河北省农产品加工机械化现状,明确了河北省农产品加工机械化面临的形势和存在的主要问题,进而提出了今后农产品加工机械化发展的对策与建议。
In the resent years, the APPI （Agricultural Products Processing Industry） of Hebei has developed rapidly. However, generally speaking, the agricultural industry chains are short. The extent of refined processing and finish machining is low. The scales of most enterprises are small. The processing technology and equipments are backward. In this paper, the present situation of Hebei APPM （Agricultural Products Processing Mechanization） is introduced. Then the situation of Hebei APPM faced and main problems is made clear. Thus, the suggestions and countermeasures of Hebei APPM development are put forward.
