摘要
工会干部职业化是一个新课题,在实际工作中没有现成的模式可以借鉴,也没有形成一个完整的、成熟的理论分析框架体系。因此,本文通过运用新制度经济学的理论对工会干部职业化这一制度变迁的内在机制进行了探讨,希望能从理论上解释工会干部任用、管理体制改革的动因及其影响因素。
Professional trade union cadre is a new question for discussion without existing modes for reference and without a coherent theoretic frame for analysis. Therefore, this article discussed the inherence mechanism and the transition of professional trade union cadre in the perspective of institutional economics, in order to explain the causes and influencing factors of appointment and administrative system of trade union cadres.
