摘要
工会工作主动性,是指工会组织开展活动的动力度,主要包括认知的主动性、情感的主动性、工作的主动性等。其加强,将有助于贯彻中国特色社会主义工会维权观,有助于回应职工利益诉求,有助于提高工会组织的主体性。工会应通过争取党委和政府的支持、突出工会宣传的主体性、建立和完善工会工作机制、加强对新情况的分析与预测和对职工工作过程的介入等路径,来增强工会工作的主动性。
The volunteering during the work of trade unions is the main energy for the activities organized by the trade union.It includes aware volunteering,emotional volunteering,and working volunteering,and soon.If it is strengthened,it will be helpful to the awareness of safeguarding of Chinese characteristic socialistic trade unions.It will be helpful to responding the staff＇s requirements for interests and helpful to improving the unity of the organization of the trade union.The trade union should highlight the unity of the trade union＇s publishing to construct and perfect the working system of the trade union and enforce the analysis and investigation for the new situation and paths to participate in the process of the staff＇s working to enhance the volunteering during the work of the trade union.
