摘要
分析了社会工作职业化在当前社会中体现出的必要性与客观性,以及内地社会工作的职业化进程面对的困境;指出当前内地社会工作职业化必须在本国实际情况的基础上,借鉴西方社会工作职业化经验,走本土化道路。
The professionalization of social work manifests its necessity and the objectivity increasingly in the current society.However,the professionalization of social work inland is unable to respond effectively to the needs of social reality.Therefore,at present,the inland social work must be professionalized on the basis of our country s actual situation,and then it will take the road of indigenization by drawing from the western experiences.
