摘要
工会改革面临的最大顽症是工会的“行政化”倾向。在坚持四项基本原则的前提下 ,工会应当通过职业化、社会化、行业化的方式进行改革。从职业化出发 ,工会应以维护劳动者的权益为唯一的职能 ;从社会化出发 ,工会应发展社区工会及企业间的联合工会 ;从行业化出发 ,工会应参与制定行业劳动标准 ,来完善我国的劳动协调机制。
