摘要 粘着斑激酶(focal adhesion kinase,FAK)属于胞浆内非受体蛋白酪氨酸激酶(NRPTKs),位于细胞和细胞外基质结合部位整合素(integrin)构成的灶性粘附复合体(focal adhesion complex)上,具有多种功能,与细胞的多蛋白信号系统的形成、生存和游走等有关,临床研究显示其在多种人类肿瘤中均有表达,与肿瘤的侵袭与转移特性关系密切,
