摘要
磷脂的脱色方法主要有吸附脱色和氧化脱色,综述了这两种方法的原理、加工条件以及脱色对磷脂质量的影响,以期为实际生产提供指导和参考.
The bleaching methods of phospholipids include adsorption bleaching and oxidation bleaching, the two methods principle, processing conditions and the effects on quality of phospholipids were reviewed in order to provide the instruct and reference for practical manufacture.
