摘要
本文主要介绍牛蛙的四个产品和蛋白质饲料的加工工艺，分析了影响产品质量的因素，确定了最佳工艺条件，为牛蛙综合利用提供了条件。
The technology of four kinds of products and protein feed were introduced in this paper.The auther analysed the influence factors and indentified the best technology condition.It provides good condition for the use of bullfrog.
