摘要
本文介绍了以酱渣为原料,生产蛋白饲料的研究成果,试验获得一适合于酱渣固体发酵的组合菌种A3+E(311)+A(S777)。结果表明,培养基中的初始含水量为65%,在28℃固体发酵3天,产品的粗蛋白含量小试可达到30%。中试和大试分别达到25%和24%,发酵结果比较理想。
his article introduces a result of the scientific research about the bioconversion soy-sauce mash cake into protein feed. A mixed strain of A_3+E_(311)+A_(s777) suitable for solid-state fermentation of soysauce mash cake was obtined and optimum culture conditions were also investigated. It was found that the better initial moisture content was 65%; suitable culture temperature was 28℃. After 3 days fermentation. the crude protein content could be enhanced from 8% to 30%. 25% and 24% respectively in small scale test,pilot scale test and large scale test.
