摘要
采用双波长薄层扫描法对血脂平胶囊中的主要有效成分洛伐他汀进行了含量测定。结果洛伐他汀在检测范围内线性关系良好，相关系数为0．9997，加样回收率为98．1％，RSD为2．25％（n＝5）。本法可用于血脂平胶囊中洛伐他汀的含量测定。
TLC-scanning was used to determin the content of lovastatin in Xuezhiping capsule. Experimental results showed that the standard curve is linear in the detection range. The correlation coefficient is 0. 9997,average recovery 98. 1% and relative standard deviation 2. 25% (n= 5). The method can be applied to determine lovastatin in Xuezhiping capsule
