摘要
本文提出将0.618法与均匀设计试验法用于选取薄层色谱的最佳溶剂系统,该法理论性及系统性较强,试验次数较少,经初步验证,效果较好。由于不需要计算机,因而更简单实用。
In the present study, we optimized the solvent system of sulfa drugs for thin layer chromatography by way of 0.618 and uniform design method. Thirteen sulfa drugs were successfully separated, the optimal system of the sulfa drugs being benzene/n-butanol/n-hexane (5.71:2.86:1.43). The simple and practical method is theoretically sound. It is an effective systematic method. To date, similar reports have not been seen in the literature on the subject.
