摘要
在建立检测砌块成型机振动动力学模型和运动方程的基础上,提出了砌块成型机振动的检测方法。采用虚拟仪器技术开发了砌块成型机振动测试系统。该测试系统采用PO-DAQ方案,在振动台上安置传感器,配以PC机平台和虚拟仪器软件,构建了可以测得振动加速度、振动位移、上模压力及相应的振动波形的性能测试系统,为砌块成型机的综合评价及故障诊断提供了依据。通过振动实测,证明测试系统准确、可靠。
Based on concrete block forming machine vibration mechanical model and kinematic equation, and improved, vibration testing method is proposed develop the concrete block forming machine vibration test system with virtual instrument technology combined with PC-DAQ scheme. On the Vibration table, some necessary sensors are added as well as personal computer and the virtual software to make the vibration test system capable of measuring the acceleration, the vibration motion ,compression of the up die head and the vibration wave shape and so on. It also provides the gist integrated evaluation and diagnosis of the vibration system. Practical vibration test proved that the testing system is accurate and reliable.
