摘要
本文采用双波长分光光度法测定心脏基础液中Ｌ－苹果酸的含量，测定波长为３７０．０ｎｍ，参比波长为４６８．０ｎｍ，平均回收率为９９．４５％，ＲＳＤ为０．４３％。该法快速、简便，结果准确，适用于该制剂质量控制。
A dual wavelength spectrophotomety was described for the determination of L malic acid in the solution of aspartate malate electrolyte.With sample wavelength 370.0nm and reference wavelength 468.0nm, the recovery rate was 99.45%±0.43%.This method is simple and accurate. It is suitable for the quality control of the solution of aspartate malate electrolyte.
