摘要
离子色谱法是分析有机酸的一种极为有效的方法。人们在寻找新药的过程中,已在有机羧酸化合物中发现了许多新苗头。目前国内外关于中药中有机酸的离子色谱分析方面的报道极少,用离子色谱法测定麻黄中的苹果酸和草酸也未见报道,本文提出在HPIC-AS3阴离子分离柱上用NaCO,/NaOH作流动相,分离麻黄样品溶液中的苹果酸和草酸的色谱条件,建立了一个简便、快速、准确的分析中药中苹果酸和草酸的离子色谱方法。
This paper presents a medthod for the determination of trace amount of hydroxysuccinic ad and oxalic acid in ephedra sinica stapf byion ehromatography.Dionex-20201 ion chroma-tograph,conductivity detector and HPIC-AS3 separator were used.The calibration curves were linear over concentration ranges of 10 to 50ppm for hydroxysuccinic acid and 5 to 30 ppm for oxalic acid.The Coefficients of Variation were 0.9% and 3.4% and the average recoveris were 104.3% and 93.0% for hydroxysuccinic acid and Oxalic acid respectively.
