摘要
本研究分别以壳聚糖/对苯二酰氯、邻苯二甲酸醋酸纤维素(CAP)、聚-L-赖氨酸(PLL)/海藻酸钠、壳聚糖/海藻酸钠为囊材,采用表面交联技术,将活性双歧杆菌微囊化。四种方法制备的微囊对双歧杆菌均有保护作用,有效地提高了菌体的耐酸性能,其中以壳聚糖/海藻酸钠为囊材制备的微囊效果最佳。微囊中的菌体仍然保持较高的活性,且能在微囊中继续增殖。该耐酸微囊化技术有希望应用于新型微生态制剂。
With following polymers,chitosan terephthaloyl chloride,PLL alginate sodiun,CAP or chitosan alginate sodium,as encapsulation material,living Bifidobacterium was encapsulated by superficial cross linking technique. The results showed that all the four material can promote the acid fast of Bifidobacterium,espercially chitosan alginate sodium. With this technique,the encapsulated Bifidoacterium maintains high living activity and can still multiply in the encapsule.
