摘要
期刊编辑出版的各个环节都与版权法密切相关。期刊刊发的必须是投稿人有发表权的文章。期刊的署名规范应尊重作者的署名权。编辑加工修改稿件不得侵犯作者的修改权和保护作品完整权。期刊编辑必须尊重作者的获得报酬权,并且要足额发放稿酬,低于法定标准的稿酬,以及拟收取版面费,应提前与作者协商一致。按照版权合理使用制度要求审视现有的规范抑或制定、执行新的合理的引文标示规范是尊重所有作者版权、防止刊发文章侵犯先前文章作者版权的有力举措。
Every aspect of work concerning the publication of journals is closely related to copyright law. Any article in a journal has to be the one which the author has the fight to publish. The putting of the author＇s name shall respect the author＇s own fight. The editing and revision of the article shall in no way infringe the author＇s right to revise and shall maintain the completeness of the article. The author＇s right to receive contribution fee in full shall be guaranteed. If the fee is lower than the legal sum or the author has to pay for the publication, the consent from the author shall be obtained beforehand. The reexamination of the existing regulations in terms of reasonable use of copyright and the implementation of new quotation standard are the effective means to respect the author＇s copyright and to prevent the infringement of the original author by the new author of the article to be published.
