摘要
结合编辑工作实际,对科技期刊编辑工作实践中常见的发表权、署名权、修改权和保护作品完整权等几个著作权问题进行探讨。认为:在编辑实践中,不能发表违禁作品;未经作者授权不要改动作者署名;正确行使编辑修改权;在对稿件的编辑加工中保护好论文的完整性。
On the basis of practices of editing, some problems related to copyright in editing of sci-tech periodicals are discussed, e.g. , the right of publication, the right of signature, the right of modification, and the right of protection of the integrity of papers, etc. It is considered that the publishers can not publish illegal papers, and that the editors can not change the author name(s) without the authorization, should properly exercise the rights of editing and modification and protect the integrity of papers.
