摘要
学术稿件具有作者独享的知识产权。我国法律法规对未刊稿件的知识产权保护制度存在缺位,导致“一稿多投”和“一稿多用”的侵犯知识产权的现象。但出版单位对作者稿件的处理也存在几种可能侵权的形式。
Academic manuscripts have their own intellectual property rights solely to the authors. The missing of the related laws and regulations in China often leads to the infringements of the intellectual rights in the forms of ＂one manuscript more submissions＂ or ＂one manuscript more publications＂ . But in the process of review the manuscripts, the publishers are also prone to infringe upon the authors＇ property rights in several ways.
