摘要
为了有效地预防和减少著作权纠纷 ,科技期刊稿约应明确规定科技期刊与作者的权利和义务。它主要包括文责自负、作品署名、稿件修改、录用答复期限、参考或引用、抄袭或剽窃、转载或摘编、稿酬、审稿费和发表费等方面的内容。
To prevent and reduce copyright related disputes, the rights and dutie s of both sci tech periodicals and authors should be made clear in the notices to contributors for sci tech periodicals. The notices should mainly include aut hor's responsibility for his or her writings, signature to manuscripts, manusc ript revision, time limit of reply about accepted manuscript publication, refere nces or citations, plagiarism, reprint or extraction and compilation, contributi on fees, peer review fees, and page charges.
