摘要
主要对数值模拟技术以及在计算玻璃质量参数和NOx排放中的应用进行论述。在玻璃熔窑运行过程中,应用数值模拟技术可以优化操作参数和进行故障诊断与分析,通过模拟技术可以减少试验次数、减少燃料消耗、提高玻璃质量和熔窑运行稳定性。
The numerical modeling technology and its application for calculating parameters of glass quality and NOx emissions were discussed. Application of numerical modeling technology to operation of glass furnace can optimize operating parameters and contribute to fault diagnosis and analysis. The use of simulation technology can reduce the number of experiments, decrease fuel consumption, improve glass quality and operational stability of glass furnace.
