Based upon the previous paper“ Numerical Simulation of Glass Tank”and considering both refining time of glass melt and degree of difficulty of expelling bubbles from glass melt,a quantitative evaluation method for refining process was proposed in this paper,In accordance with this quantitative evaluation the 8 factors which could influence glass production,such as position and temperature of hot spot,glass melting temperature,temperature of back and of the furnace and the glass melt at bottom , length and width ofthe furnace and pull of this tank etc., were analysed. It provides theoretical basis for improving glass production.
