摘要
介绍了全氧燃烧玻璃熔窑及其数值模拟的特点和最新研究情况,归纳了建立全氧燃烧火焰空间数值模拟的各种模型,阐述了玻璃熔窑数值模拟的发展趋势.全氧燃烧的显著优点和与数值模拟的相结合将会为玻璃行业开拓一条广阔的发展道路.
This paper introduces the characteristic and research progress of oxy-fuel combustion technology on glass melting furnace. Current three-dimensional mathematical models for simulating flow and heat transfer processes in glass-melting furnaces are summarized, and the new trend of the development of mathematical simulation is forecasted . The space development of glass will become wider and wider, under the action of the prominence merit of oxy-fuel combustion and mathematical simulation.
