摘要
利用建立的浮法玻璃熔制过程的数学模拟系统,研究了投料池宽度变化对玻璃液熔化质量的影响,通过改变投料池宽度得到不同的数据,分析发现了投料池内玻璃液对流情况、流场和温度场;宽度变化影响配合料的熔化,影响能耗。对等宽投料池作了仔细研究,发现等宽投料池并不是理想结构,比熔化池稍窄一点才是最理想的。
This paper has done research on the doghouse width changes to glass melting quality by utilizing the established mathematical modeling system of float glass melting process. By changing the width of doghouse,we have made analyses and found molten glass convection,flow field and temperature field in the doghouse land the change of width influences the batch melting and energy consumption. After careful research on the constant breadth doghouse,we found that the optimum construction is the width should be a little bit narrower than the melting tank.
