摘要
活性翠蓝直接性高、难扩散,反应性弱,易产生浮色和色差,且色牢度和固色率也较差。通过分析影响棉散纤维翠蓝浸染工艺的因素,如电解质、化料、染色温度、碱剂和染色时间等,提出了改善活性翠蓝染色质量的相应措施。
High substantivity, difficult diffusion and weak reaction of reactive turquoise blue always lead to loose color and color deviation, as well as poor color fastness and fixation. Technical factors affecting loose cotton fibers exhaust dyeing by reactive turquoise blue were analyzed, such as electrolyte, dispensing, alkali, dyeing temperature and time. And related measures for improving the quality of loose cotton fibers dyed by reactive turquoise blue were reviewed.
